‘Our Loving Pops:’ Family Mourns Berkeley Man
Tracy Pierce died Sunday after his car struck a utility pole in Berkeley. He was 59.

BERKELEY, NJ - The family of Tracy Pierce, who died Sunday after his car struck a utility pole in Berkeley, has set up a GoFundMe page to cover funeral expenses.
“Our loving pops was driving home on Sunday seven blocks from his house, when he was in a massive car accident, and passed away during [an] ambulance ride to hospital. Our family is in ruins,” Sarah Pierce, the organizer of the fundraiser, wrote on the GoFundMe page.
“None of us were prepared for him to leave us so soon. We thank everyone with all our heart and soul who help us in getting him the funeral he deserves,” Pierce added.

Several community members have discussed how much they will miss Tracy Pierce.
“Tracy was a great man and helped me out more times than I can count out of 20 years of friendship,” one person wrote on the GoFundMe page. “I'm stunned and saddened right now and I'm at a loss for words over this tragedy.”
