Pine Beach Roy Rogers Employee Charged With Groping Employees
Four female co-workers say Michael Arellano touched them inappropriately at work, Prosecutor's Office says

PINE BEACH, NJ - The Ocean County Prosecutor and the Pine Beach police chief have charged a Beachwood man for inappropriately touching female employees he worked with at the Roy Rogers restaurant here, a spokesman for the Prosecutor's Office said.
Michael Arellano, 25, was arrested on Feb. 6 by Pine Beach Detective Anthony Pruchnick and Ocean County Detective Alex Dasti. The arrest came after an investigation that stemmed from complaints by four female co-workers that he inappropriately touched them during the course of the workday, spokesman Al Della Fave said.
Arellano was charged with three counts of harassment (offensive touching) and one count of criminal sexual contact, Della Fave said.

The female employees ranged in age from 16 to 18.
"The subsequent investigation alleges Arellano inappropriately touched the girl’s bodies numerous times over their clothing out of the view of others," Della Fave said. "The victims physically and verbally objected, however the inappropriate touching continued. All the victims stated that the acts occurred soon after they were hired. They have each since ended their employment at the restaurant."

Since there is the potential for more victims in this case, the Prosecutor's office is encouraging them to contact Detective Dasti of the Prosecutor's Special Victims Unit at 732-929-2027.
Arellano was processed on a summons and released, Della Fave said.
