Potassium Iodide Clinic For Southern Ocean County Residents Set For Wednesday
Pills can be picked up at Central Regional High School in Bayville.

The Ocean County Health Department will be distributing Potassium Iodide (KI) tablets on Wednesday, Feb.15 at Central Regional High School in Bayville from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
"This clinic is being provided due to the fact there are tablets currently in circulation with an expiration date of March 2017," Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.
Any residents who live or work within the 10-mile radius of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station and currently possess tablets set to expire or do not have any KI tablets are welcome to attend.

Please bring an expired pills, some kind of identification to show that you live or work within the radius like a driver's license, property tax or utility bill.
"Please note that this clinic is being provided as a preparedness measure and not in response to any imminent danger or threat," the chief said.
