Report: Santander Bank In Pine Beach Robbed

Incident happened on Friday afternoon, woman fled on foot

PINE BEACH, NJ - A local news outlet is reporting that a woman robbed the Santander Bank on Route 9 here on Friday afternoon and made off with $3,000.

The woman is described as a Hispanic female in her mid 50s, was wearing a gray sweatshirt, black leggings, tan boots and sunglasses, according to the NJ Incident Alert Network Facebook page.

The incident happened at 3:36 pm.

No weapon was shown during the robbery, but the suspect may have a weapon. A male accomplice was reported and possibly left in a silver, four-door sedan, according to the report.
