Sunny Skies, Low Rip Current Risk Make For A Great Beach Day

Highs today will only be in the upper 70s.

If you're lucky enough to have the day off, there's a great beach day ahead, if you don't mind cool temperatures.

Expect sunny skies with highs only in the upper 70s. Winds will be from the north at 5 miles per hour, becoming east in the afternoon.

The rip current risk is low today, but rips are always possible, especially near jetties and other structures. Never swim on an unguarded beach and never swim alone or at night. The NWS suggests you always bring a flotation device with you when you go in the water.
