Teen Yoga Kicks Off The School Year In Berkeley
Teens can get a relaxing start to the school year with a free yoga class at the Ocean County Library Berkeley Branch.
BERKELEY, NJ — Starting a new school year can be stressful, so the Ocean County Library is inviting teens to get ahead of it with a free yoga class.
The hour-long “Yoga for Teens with Belle” is set for the Ocean County Library Berkeley Branch, 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 12.
Certified yoga instructor Belle Burns will lead the exercises designed to promote physical, mental and emotional well-being, the library said. Yoga practitioners extol its benefits for flexibility, concentration, muscle strength, awareness and self-esteem.
