William Charles Flanagan Of Bayville Dies At 57

Services will be held on Sunday and Monday.

William Charles Flanegan passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday March 29, 2017. He was 57 years old.

"Billy" was born in Point Pleasant on November 3,1959 and was a lifelong resident of Bayville. He was predeceased by his father Clyde and his mother Betty. Billy was a skilled carpenter for Mainship & Kettle Creek Yachts. He also worked as a welder and bulk header for Extreme Marine. He loved boating, fishing and just being near the water. He was loved dearly by his family and will be greatly missed.

Billy is survived by his loving daughter Danielle Ramos and her husband Vinnie, his loving daughter Amanda Flanegan and two beautiful granddaughters Layla and Rian. He is survived by his brothers Richard and his wife Diane, Clyde III, Robert and his wife Sally, Rodney and his wife Amy, sisters Doe Ann Popovich and her husband Michael and Lori Bourque and her husband James. He is also survived by four nieces, 11 nephews, and 13 great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on April 2, 2017 at the Mastapeter Funeral Home,270 Atlantic City Boulevard in Bayville. The funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 3rd at the funeral home. Please arrive at 10 a.m. Burial will follow to Bayville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Billy's memory to; American Cancer Society , (donate.cancer.org), would be appreciated.
