Princeton Avenue Work Closure Extended In Brick

Drivers who were hoping to resume their preferred routes will have to wait a bit longer.

BRICK, NJ — Princeton Avenue will remain closed 24 hours a day as a construction project in front of the Ocean County Pump Station on Princeton Avenue is taking a bit longer than anticipated.

Police said the closure, from Parker Avenue to Midstreams/Jordan Road, now is expected to last until Friday, March 28.

All traffic will be detoured to Jordan Road, Route 88, Bridge Avenue in Point Pleasant, and Beaver Dam Road, police said.
