JAG Physical Therapy Opens Hackettstown Facility, Marks Industry-First Presence in All 21 NJ Counties
The State's Preferred Physical Therapy Provider Celebrates Its First Warren County Location and Complete Footprint Across New Jersey
Bridgewater, N.J. (November 3, 2025) – JAG Physical Therapy, one of the fastest growing comprehensive physical and occupational therapy practices providing rehabilitative care to patients and sports teams in over 170 locations across the Northeast, today announced the opening of its newest multispecialty clinic in Hackettstown, operating at 150 Mountain Ave, Unit 1, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. With this new facility in Warren County, the company celebrates being the first physical therapy provider to open locations in each of New Jersey’s 21 counties.
Building off JAG Physical Therapy’s commitment to provide leading rehabilitation services across New Jersey, JAG Physical Therapy is thrilled to open its doors to the Hackettstown community with its first Warren County location, home to over 112,000 residents. The JAG Physical Therapy staff aims to provide the Hackettstown community with compassionate and accessible expert services.

The facility is supervised by Clinical Director Chris Jacquet, PT, DPT, who received his B.S in Meteorology from Rutgers University before receiving his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Minor in Economics from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Chris began his JAG Physical Therapy career in 2010 and brings a wealth of valuable experience to his role, including mechanical diagnosis and therapy, instrumented soft tissue mobilization and cupping to various musculoskeletal dysfunctions, and more.

Patients who visit the Hackettstown facility do not need a referral from a doctor to begin physical therapy treatment and can work with a therapist for up to 30 days before needing a referral to continue services.
