How did this person, place or experience make a difference in your life or community this year?

This butcher shop has the best products! They even give recipes on how to prepare what you buy! I look forward to having a special occasion because I know I will have the finest!

What would you like everyone in town to know about your nominee?

The butchers take the time to get to know why you are purchasing something and offer suggestions on how to make it better! When I stop in, I’m told what specials are coming up, when the best time is to pick up my order around the holidays. They just go out of their way to make things better.

If you could tell them one thing, what would it be?

Eddie, you have guided my cooking & grilling all these years. Now I have a special filet mignon Christmas dinner that is second to none! Tweaking my cooking time, adding (or omitting) spices have made me prefer to stay at home to cook the best filet mignon that I could not possibly get eating out!
