Shoplifting, DUIs: Bridgewater Police Blotter

There were seven separate incidents of alleged shoplifting in this Bridgewater police blotter release.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Bridgewater police released reports from their blotter, including seven cases of alleged shoplifting and a few DUI cases. The charges below are merely accusations, not proof of wrongdoing.

May 12

5:54 p.m.: Aneesamir Jewell, 50, of Newark, NJ was arrested on charges shoplifting at
the Sunglass Hut on Commons way. Jewell shoplifted one pair of sunglasses worth $310. He
was released on a summons with a pending court date.

May 15

5:15 p.m.: Nicole Juliano, 43 of Saddle Brook, NJ was arrested for shoplifting at Target on Promenade Blvd. Juliano shoplifted $730 worth of vacuums. She was released on a summons with a pending court date.

May 16

4:34 p.m.: Steven T Christiano, 50, of Whitehouse Station, PA was arrested
for shoplifting at Wegmans on US Hwy 202. Christiano shoplifted $469 worth of perishable
foods and cooking items. He was released on a summons with a pending court date.

Johnnie T Sirma, 41, of Fanwood, NJ was charged with shoplifting at Target
located on Promenade Blvd. Sirma shoplifted $153 worth of Trading cards. He was served with
a summons and has a pending court date.

May 19

1:53 a.m.: Alejandro Segura-Sandi, 33, of Somerville, NJ was stopped for motor vehicle violations on Route 22 west. During the stop it was determined that Sandi was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested for DWI and charged with DWI, Failure to keep right, Reckless Driving, Failure to maintain lane, Speeding, and an Obstructed rear license plate. He was released pending a future court date.

May 21

7:50 p.m.: Christopher Rojas, 35, of South Bound Brook NJ was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Finderne Avenue. During the stop, Rojas provided a false name to the officer. Rojas was arrested for Hindering Apprehension. He was also issued summonses for Driving while suspended and No Insurance. He was released with a pending court date.

May 23

5:43 p.m.: Eliana J Neuwirth, 18, of Warren, NJ was charged with shoplifting at Target located on Promenade Blvd. Neuwirth shoplifted $83.00 worth of clothing. She was served with a summons and has a pending court date.

May 24

9:50 a.m.: Benjamin S Balisage, 20, of Elizabeth, NJ was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at the Somerset County Alternative School on Finderne Avenue. He was charged for improperly using the 9-1-1 system. He was released on a summons with a pending court date.

11:30 a.m.: Izzayl Harris Torres, 18, of Belle Mead, NJ was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at the Somerset County Alternative School on Finderne Avenue. He was charged with Improper Behavior and Offensive Language. He was released on a summons with a pending court date.

9:57 p.m.: Troy L Lindsey, 45, of Bedminster, NJ was stopped for motor vehicle violations on US 202/206 north. During the stop it was determined that Lindsey was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested for DWI and charged with DWI, RecklessDriving, Failure to maintain lane, Refusal to submit to a breath test, an Operating an unregistered vehicle. He was released pending a future court date.

May 25

2:15 a.m.: Diego Perez Pinto, 39, of Plainfield, NJ was stopped for motor vehicle violations on Finderne Avenue. During the stop it was determined that Pinto was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested for DWI and charged with DWI, Failure to stop at a stop sign, Failure to signal turn, Reckless Driving, Failure to maintain lane, Unlicensed driver, and Open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was released pending a future court date.
