Cherry Hill East Baseball Survives Wild Seventh to Beat Shawnee
The Cougars come back from an early deficit to pull off the win.

Cherry Hill East's Jordan Friedman smacked a two-run single in the bottom of the sixth inning to lift the Cougars, who weathered a tough seventh inning, to an upset victory over Shawnee Wednesday, 8-6.
East trailed 1-0 until the fourth inning, when the Cougars scored three runs, then followed it with another in the fifth inning.
Friedman's RBI single capped a four-run sixth, and East would need it—Shawnee rallied for five runs in the top of the seventh, but the Cougars shut it down after that to escape with the victory.
