CHYAA 11-Year-Olds Play Friday in State Tournament
The team will face off against host Gibbsboro-Voorhees.

The CHYAA Panthers 11-year-olds will have to wait about 24 hours to get the state tournament underway.
Originally scheduled to open up against host Gibbsboro-Voorhees in one half of a Thursday tournament-opening doubleheader, the Panthers got bumped back from prime time.
Now, CHYAA and Gibbsboro-Voorhees will play at 5 p.m. Friday, with the winner advancing to face District 2 champion Brick American Saturday afternoon.
The Panthers, runners-up at the District 4 tournament to Mount Laurel, are one of six teams in the long road to the state finals. They'll need to win at least three straight, or risk another climb back through the elimination bracket to reach the championship.
