Evesham Police Seek Alleged Marlton Armed Robber
The alleged robber hit a convenience store on Old Marlton Pike last week.

An armed robber who rigged an electric drill to look like a handgun hit a Marlton convenience store last week, according to Evesham Township Police, who are asking for the public’s help in trying to locate the man.
A man in all black, wearing a pair of purple gloves and a bandana to cover his face, walked into Pantry One on Old Marlton Pike around 9:35 p.m. Sept. 3, pointed the drill—wrapped in black electrical tape to make it pass for a gun—at a clerk and demanded money, running off with about $700 in cash, police said.
The alleged robber, whose sweatshirt was emblazoned with the Holden logo, tossed the drill, which investigators recovered nearby, police said, but disappeared into the night.
