A flipped tractor-trailer has snarled traffic at Route 130 and Route 38 in Pennsauken just after 9 a.m. Monday.
The truck is blocking all lanes on the northbound side of 130, causing a cascade of backups and detours, and delays through the area for all traffic, per the state Department of Transportation.
There was no immediate word on the crash's cause, or how long it would take to clean up.
