Gloucester Twp. Man Killed, Marlton Teen Hurt in Shooting

A Gloucester Township man was killed and a Marlton man injured in a shooting at a Gloucester Township apartment complex Monday night, and the shooter remains at large, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed.

Lamar Ortiz, 20, died after he was shot multiple times in the Autumn Ridge Apartments parking lot just before 9:30 p.m., and an unidentified Marlton 18-year-old was grazed by another bullet, police said.

Ortiz, who lived in the complex, was pronounced dead an hour later at Kennedy University Hospital in Stratford.
