The Grand Applies to Add Apartments at High-Rises
A total of 20 apartments could be added to the towers on Frontage Road.

A Cherry Hill high-rise complex will go before the zoning board next week in an effort to try to expand the number of apartments beyond the allowed density, according to a notice filed by its management company.
Allstate Management Corporation, which controls The Grand towers on Frontage Road, is seeking to add a total of 20 new apartments at the two buildings, converting commercial space on the ground floors into rental units, according to its filing with the zoning board.
The high-rise towers are in Cherry Hill’s R20 zone, and Allstate Management’s application would push the number of units in the buildings to just above the current limit, with tower No. 1 getting nine new apartments and tower No. 2 getting 11.
