Walmart Shoplifter Turns Violent, Police Say

An alleged shoplifter ended up with more serious charges after attacking officers at Walmart last week, Cherry Hill Police said.
Debbie A. White, of the 5900 block of Bloomfield Avenue in Pennsauken, bit an officer who responded to a report of shoplifting at the store just before noon on July 1, police said.
Other officer subdued her after the bite, police said, and White was arrested without further incident.

She was charged with aggravated assault and related charges.
