Worker Dies After Beckett Street Terminal Accident

A worker is dead after an industrial accident at the Beckett Street terminal in Camden Tuesday morning, Camden County Police said.

The man, who was not identified pending family notification, was run over by a large forklift and suffered multiple traumatic injuries, police said.

He was rushed to Cooper University Hospital, less than a mile from the accident scene, at 10:30 a.m., where he was initially listed in critical condition before eventually being pronounced dead early Tuesday afternoon.
