Clark Hosts 1st Annual Township Weight Loss Challenge

The Township will host its very first eight-week weight loss challenge, starting April 3.

CLARK, NJ — Clark is hosting its first ever town-wide weight loss challenge that will last for eight weeks starting April 4.

The Mayor's Wellness Campaign and Tutela Training want to help Clark residents make healthy choices through this eight-week weight loss challenge. The program is free and open to all Clark residents and employees over 18 years of age.

The eight-week challenge includes:

  • Confidential weigh-ins
  • A kickoff nutrition seminar
  • Charity kickoff workout
  • Check-in Zoom meeting
  • Prizes for the top male and female workers

Participants must weigh-in at the star, mid-way and end of challenge in order to qualify for prizes.

Registration is required; deadline is April 3.
