Man Dead After Car Flipped Over Into Oncoming Traffic Along NJ Highway
Traffic was backed up for miles in both directions.
MIDDLETOWN, NJ — A 58-year-old Union County man is dead after he drove off the road along the Garden State Parkway on Sunday, State Police said.
At around 1:30 p.m., Krzysztof Borys, of Roselle Park, was driving a black Toyota 4Runner southbound in the Middletown area when he drove off the road to the left and hit a guardrail. His car then flipped over and landed in the northbound lanes.
The Middletown Volunteer Fire Department and other emergency officials assisted at the scene.

Traffic was backed up for miles in both directions.
State Police is asking anyone who may have witnessed the events before, during, or after the crash to contact the Troop "D" Holmdel Station Detective Bureau at 732-441-4500 ext. 7417. This includes any applicable dashcam footage as well.
