Manhunt Underway for Man Who Shot Bank Teller During Holdup in Hamilton Township

Law enforcement officials are on the lookout for a man who shot a bank teller during an armed robbery in Hamilton Township.

Several images of the gunman, captured by the bank’s surveillance camera system, have been released by the FBI.

The holdup took place around 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Chase Bank branch at 1850 Klockner Road in Hamilton.

According to the FBI, shots were fired shortly after the man, armed with a silver revolver, demanded cash from a teller. The man then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The wounded teller was rushed by ambulance to the trauma center at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton.

The gunman was described as a black male, about 6 feet 2 inches tall, with a muscular build, who was wearing a black baseball cap, sunglasses, black gloves, dark blue long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and tan work boots.
