Over 30 Vehicles Burglarized In 1 Day In This Mercer Co. Town
All vehicles were left unlocked, and many had car keys inside, police said.
MERCER COUNTY, NJ – Over 30 vehicles were burglarized in Hopewell on Sunday morning, Hopewell Police said.
On Sunday, between 1:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m., over 30 vehicle burglaries occurred in Hopewell Township. All vehicles entered were left unlocked, and many with car keys inside, police said.
No vehicles were stolen but cash, cards, and other items were taken from the them.

The incidents occurred in the Northeast section of Hopewell Township and in Hopewell Borough (Taylor Terr, Cedar, View Point, Crestview, Bailey Dr, Van Dyke, Howard).
Hopewell Township Police is reminding and encouraging residents to lock their vehicles.
