According to the National Weather Service, today will be cloudy and breezy with a high chance of showers. Temperatures today are expected to reach 57. Overnight there is another chance of showers with temperatures dropping to 33.

High School Sports

The Freehold Colonial wrestling team will compete today in the NJSIAA Regions at Toms River North.

The Patriot boys basketball team will take on Shore Regional High School at home today at 4 p.m.

Support Groups

Hope Lutheran Church will be holding a Gamblers Anonymous support group tonight at 8 p.m.

Fish Fry

Freehold Elks Lodge #1454 will be having a Fish Fry tonight from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. The cost of dinner is $12 and includes fried or broiled fish fillet, or roast beef, fried shrimp, rolls, salad, sides, dessert and coffee or tea. For more information, call 732-431-8707.

Student Party

The Rocky Marciano World Foundation presents the “Bullying…We’re Kickin' It Studen Party”. Students between the ages of 6 and 13 can relax and unwind after a week of school with games, dancing, music and activities with positive mentors, in a respectful and safe atmosphere. The address of the party is 323 Fairfield Rd, Freehold, NJ. The party will start at 6 p.m. and go until 8:30 p.m. Students are asked to dress in comfortable attire with sneakers.
