Weather

According to the National Weather Service, Thursday will have a chance of rain and sleet in the morning but it will eventually turn to rain. The rest of the day will be cloudy, with a high near 45. Over night, rain could be heavy at times. Temperatures will drop for a low around 43.

High School Sports

The basketball teams, swimming team and wrestling team will all be in action today. Both basketball teams will play against Monmouth Regional today. The girls will stay home and take the court at 5:30 p.m., while the boys travel to Monmouth Regional and begin playing at 6:30 p.m. The boys and girls swimming team will travel to face off against Long Branch High School at 3:30 p.m. The Colonial wrestling team will travel to Ocean Township High School to compete in the Shore Conference Tournament. The tournament will begin at 5 p.m.

The basketball teams, ice hockey team, and wrestling team are all competing today. The boys and girls basketball teams will take on Manalapan High School today. The girls will play at home at 4 p.m. and the boys will travel to Manalapan High School and take the court at 4:30 p.m. The Patriot ice hockey team will travel to Brick Ice Palace to take the ice against Brick Memorial High School. The game will start at 4 p.m. The wrestling team will also compete in the Shore Conference Tournament today. The team will travel to Brick Memorial High School and match up against Brick Memorial, the match will begin at 5 p.m.
