New Auditor for Freehold Borough
Suplee, Clooney, and Company has been chosen to be Freehold Borough's auditor for 2012 after five yes votes from the council.

Freehold Borough has a new auditor for 2012.
At the Jan. 17 , all five council members, voted yes to a resolution that named Suplee, Clooney and Company as Freehold Borough’s auditor for 2012. Councilman John Newman was not present at the Jan. 17 meeting.
“We interviewed a number of firms for this position and they were the ones that were most impressive out of the four we interviewed. We felt that way here in the borough because when Brookdale Community College had its mess, the county hired an independent auditor to audit Brookdale and this was the firm that they hired,” said Councilman George Schnurr. “They come very highly recommended and have a proven track record. They are the type of firm we need here.”
