23-Year-Old Dead, 1 Seriously Injured After Warren Co. Car Wreck
The victims were both from Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
WARREN COUNTY, NJ — A car accident left one dead and another seriously injured this weekend in Warren County, according to state police.
On Sunday, around 1 p.m., police were called out to County Road 519 in White Township on a report of a car crash.
According to police, Luis Zhagnay, 29, was driving a Chevrolet southbound on County Road 519 when he veered off the road near milepost 41.2. Zhagnay attempted to swerve back onto the road, crossing over the double-yellow line and striking an SUV traveling northbound, police said.

Authorities said the collision caused the Chevrolet to slam into a nearby utility pole.
A passenger in the Chevrolet, Rosa Castro Zumba, 23, died as a result of the crash. Zhagnay was left with “serious” injuries, according to officials.

Both individuals were from Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
The crash is still under investigation by state police, and no additional information is available at this time.
