3 People Stabbed In Warren County Home, Police Say
One of the victims suffered "life-threatening injuries," police said.
WARREN COUNTY, NJ — A man was arrested for stabbing three people in a Phillipsburg home, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
Phillipsburg Police arrested Marquis W. Pierce, 35, of Phillipsburg, last weekend after he’d stabbed three individuals in a local residence, officials said.
At around 5:45 a.m. on Saturday, June 21, police responded to a call in the area of 7 Brainard Street of a reported stabbing.

Upon arrival, police stopped the assault and arrested Pierce. Three victims were found with stab wounds, according to officials.
One of the victims suffered “life-threatening injuries” and was rushed to a nearby hospital.

The other two victims, one of whom wasn’t found until later, were treated on the scene and brought to the hospital for further treatment.
Officials said that the victims and the suspects all knew each other.
Investigators also discovered that Pierce had an active warrant relating to an incident in Easton, Pennsylvania.
Pierce has been charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, and fugitive from justice.
He is currently held in Warren County Correctional Center in Belvidere awaiting court proceedings, officials said.
