Fluid Spill Closes Rt. 46 East

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — A fluid spill on Route 46 has closed the eastbound lanes Tuesday morning.

The spill is from a disabled truck, police said. They did not say what the fluid is. Route 46 east is closed between Center Street and Warren Street, police said.

Drivers should prepare for delays.

Any drivers heading to Route 80 should expect delays there as well. An overturned truck and fuel spill has closed two lanes of Route 80 in Parsippany.
