Hackettstown Road Projects Starting Up Week Of July 26
Weather-permitting, East Baldwin Street, Richard Drive, Hurley Drive and Cindy Terrace will be milled and paved in Hackettstown.
HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — A series of paving and milling projects are planned to tentatively start this coming Monday, July 26.
Milling and paving will be contingent on the weather, with the work hours each day the roads are worked on, between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Segments of roads to be worked on, according to the Hackettstown Police Department, include:- East Baldwin Street between Route 46 (Main Street) and East Prospect Street
- Richard Drive between Carol Drive and Hurley Drive
- Hurley Drive between Carol Drive and Cindy Terrace.
- Cindy Terrace between Hurley Drive and Route 604 (Willow Grove Street)
Side streets connected to these roads will be closed as work occurs.

For people who have plans to drive on days their road is being worked on, they will need to move their cars off of their street by 6:30 a.m., the days that the milling and paving starts. Residents will be able to bring their cars home after barricades are taken down on the streets.
Hackettstown Police Department will have updates on the progress of the work on its Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages, as well as via Nixle Alerts.
