Best Pierogi Badge Bestowed To Hackettstown Eatery

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Home Made Main received recent recognition from Restaurant Guru, earning a “Best Pierogi” badge with the international, eatery-locator website.

Home Made Main, which specializes in Polish cuisine, is located at 269 Main St.

The Hackettstown Business Improvement District offered up congratulations to the restaurant in a Facebook post on Friday.

Home Made Main indicated it in its May 1 announcement it garnered its ranking based on visitor reviews.

The eatery, which offers a range of specialty items in addition to its pierogies, including potato pancakes, Borscht, Polish Chrusciki and other favorites, now proudly displays its badge on its website and social media.

According to its listing on Restaurant Guru, Home Made Main also took “Best in the city” for pierogies in 2020. The restaurant currently ranks fourth of 46 cafes listed on the website for the Hackettstown area.

Home Made Main opened its doors in Hackettstown in 2019 with the mission to “open Home Made restaurant with the best Polish delicacies prepared from our family's original recipes."
