WARREN COUNTY, NJ - Guide rail construction in Warren County is slated to close an eastbound lane on I-80 in Kowlton next week, state transit officials said.
The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) announced the closure of the right lane on I-80 eastbound on Wednesday after the S-curve near milepost 1.4, the agency said in a statement Friday.
The closure, which officials called “necessary to install about 200 feet” of construction barrier in the shoulder for guide rail work, will be in effect from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
