WARREN COUNTY, NJ — A North Jersey teacher's aide is facing charges after authorities said he physically assaulted a 5-year-old child.
Philip J. Carlton, 60, of Stewartsville, was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said Wednesday.
According to a NJ Advance Media report, the incident occurred at a public school in Belvidere. Authorities did not specify which school and did not release details about the alleged assault.
