Road Work Closes Out March In Hackettstown

The work will alter traffic patterns on Route 46 through Wednesday.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ - Road work will close out the month of March in Hackettstown according to the Hackettstown Police Department.

According to police, Route 46, Main Street, will continue on Tuesday and Wednesday at the intersection of Moore Street and Route 46. The work hours will be from 7 a.m. to approximately 3 p.m.

Motorists can expect lane shifts along Route 46 and full closures of East Moore Street and West Moore Street, police said. People will have access to residences or businesses.

There will be no parking on Main Street in the area of the road work. Anyone parked in the No Parking areas will be ticketed and towed. Motorists can expect traffic delays and encourage motorists to plan an alternate route.
