Roadwork Closes Part Of Fifth Street In Hackettstown: Police

Hackettstown Police Department said the road closure is expected to last until about 3:30 p.m.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Fifth Street between East Baldwin Street and Hamilton Drive was shut down on Wednesday morning for roadwork, according to Hackettstown Police Department.

The police department announced the road closure in an alert at about 10:35 a.m., stating the road is likely to stay closed until about 3:30 p.m.

Hamilton Drive was also shut down between Fifth Street and Seventh Street, the police department said.

Sgt. Darren Tynan — a spokesperson with the police department —told Patch in an email that the roadwork is expected to be finished on Wednesday afternoon.
