NJ Teen With Special Needs Missing: Have You Seen Emily?
Emily was last seen leaving her Summit Avenue home on foot, according to authorities.

WARREN COUNTY, NJ — A Warren County 17-year-old is missing, according to the Phillipsburg Police Department.
On Tuesday, around 11 p.m. Emily Tucker-Cox left her Summit Avenue residence on foot.

She was last seen wearing black shorts, a pink shirt, and silver Puma sandals, according to police. She is known to visit the area of Shafer Ave. and Washington Ave., officials added.
Authorities said that Emily has special needs and are seeking the public’s assistance to find her.
