On Tuesday, around 11 p.m. Emily Tucker-Cox left her Summit Avenue residence on foot. She was last seen wearing black shorts, a pink shirt, and silver Puma sandals, according to police. She is known to visit the area of Shafer Ave. and Washington Ave., officials added. Authorities said that Emily has special needs and are seeking the public's assistance to find her. Anyone who has seen Emily or has additional information is asked to contact the Phillipsburg Police Department at 908-835-2002.
