HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — A masseur working at a spa in Blairstown was charged with sexual assault.

Seung K. Chang, 63, of Simply Day Spa in Blairstown, is facing a second-degree sexual assault charge and 12 counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact.

Local authorities received multiple reports of sexual assault against Chang while he worked as a masseur for Simply Day Spa.

Port Authority Police arrested Chang on March 2 at Newark Liberty International Airport when he arrived back in New Jersey from a recent trip.

If convicted, Chang faces a maximum sentence of 10 years for the second-degree sexual assault charge.

Chang is currently being held at the Warren County Correctional Center.
