
Haddonfield Police reported two drug-crime arrests over the last two weeks. The most recent occurred on Saturday, April 9 at 2:58 p.m. near Mountwell Woods.
A 19-year-old man and three juveniles were arrested and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana. They also had several glass pipes and other drug paraphernalia. They were found in the woods by police after a tip from a passerby. They were all released with summons to municipal court.
A week earlier, on Saturday, April 2, a 22-year-old Lincoln Avenue man was charged with being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance. Perry John Nisivoccia was found in the kitchen of his residence in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue at 2:46 p.m. that day when police responded to a report of a man with an “overdose.” The report was called in by John S. Burger III. Drug paraphernalia, including hypodermic needles were found at the scene.

Nisivoccia was taken to a hospital and then charged and released with a municipal court summons.

- On Monday, April 11, a women reported $1,120 was missing from her pocketbook while at work in the 100 block of Kings Highway East. The woman, who resides in the 100 block of Chestnut Street, said the theft occurred on April 8.
- A bike was reported stolen on April 9 from a porch in the 100 block of Euclid Avenue. The beige-and-gold bike was valued at $125.
- A resident reported jewelry was taken from their home in the 100 block of Redman Avenue on April 1. There was no value given for the missing items.
- Three incidents of fraud were reported since March 31. A victim in the 200 block of Ardmore Avenue reported fraudulent charges on a Visa charge card totaling $288.88. On April 4, a resident in the 100 block of Ellis Street reported that $8,420.64 had been fraudulently taken from a debit card account with TD Bank. The bank was notified of the incident. On April 5, a resident on Oak Ridge Drive reported a total of $3,530 was charged at a Target and Best Buy after fraudulent credit accounts were opened in their name.
