Haddonfield Schools Close Early Because of Heat
Excessive heat Wednesday and Thursday will lead to half-day sessions.
All Haddonfield public schools will operate on a half-day schedule on Wednesday and Thursday because of temperatures that may reach 100 degrees.
District officials made the announcement on Wednesday. The oppressive heat is expected to break by the weekend when highs are only expected to climb into the 80s.
