Last Day of Leaf Collection in Haddonfield

The Haddonfield leaf collection season officially comes to an end today, according to borough officials.

It ends nearly a week behind schedule and with more than a few furrowed brows from residents who have complained that budget cuts, which scaled back collections, need to be rethought.

Any leaves remaining should be bagged or placed in green cans for pickup by the vegetative waste truck next week, officials said.
