Alexandria at Hillsborough Condo Owners Association

My name is Keith Zydallis, I have been living in this neighborhood for over 14 years. I reside at the Alexandria at Hillsborough condominium complex off of Andria Avenue, I Believe there are 300 units here built as apartments in the 80's. When entering your home here you enter a common door, then you have 2 doors one for the 2nd floor unit and one for the first floor unit, we do not have a separate entrance like all other condo's do. This complex is in dire need of repairs, at least once a week there is a hot water, sewer, or heat problem and for the time period it takes (which is at times several day's) to repair.

The "Board Members" for this Association passed a Special Assessment for a 12 month period of an additional 238.00 per month, plus my regular monthly payment of 547.17 which comes to a total of 812.17 per month. This Assessment is for New Basketball and Tennis Courts, (which I have never seen anyone use) Installing Park Benches, Completing Roofing Projects, Repaving some of the Parking Lots. And the "Board" did this all on there own, there was no vote from the Unit Owners! This is the lowest priced Complex in Hillsborough, This place if falling apart and many owners here are just living week to week. The Board is Out of Touch With Reality! Keith
