Bounce Air Adventure Park Coming To Somerset County
The 21,000 sq. ft. children's indoor play park will feature a ropes course, climbing structures, ninja obstacle course, trampolines & more.
FRANKLIN, NJ — Bounce Air Adventure Park, a new 21,000 square-foot children’s indoor play park, is coming to Somerset County.
The adventure park will be opening in the Rutgers Plaza shopping center in Franklin Township, which is anchored by Stop & Shop at the intersection of Easton Avenue and JFK Boulevard.
Levin Management Corporation (LMC), which manages the property, said Bounce Air Adventure Park will occupy a 21,000-square-foot facility at the 268,000-square-foot shopping center.

Bounce Air Adventure Park will feature a ropes course, climbing structures, ninja obstacle course, trampoline area, ball pits, mini basketball court, and jungle gym with slides.
The facility will also include a dedicated space for parties and group events.

"Experiential tenants like this bring tremendous energy to a shopping center," said Ed Vasconcellos, LMC leasing representative, who arranged the lease on behalf of the landlord. "Bounce Air Adventure Park will be a wonderful complement to Rutgers Plaza’s existing retail, dining, and service lineup, and will further establish the property as a family-friendly community destination."
