MONTGOMERY, NJ — Firefighters are currently battling a fire in Montgomery, which has caused Route 601 to be closed on Tuesday.

Route 601 between East Mountain Road and Dutchtown Harlingen Road is closed due to fire department activity, said Montgomery Police around 3 p.m.

Traffic delays are expected in that area.
