Hillsborough Girl Scout Builds Field Hockey Team

For her Gold Award project, Hillsborough High School junior and Senior Girl Scout Emily Van Pelt has built a field hockey program from scratch.

The goal of her community project “Field of Dreams” was to create a dedicated field space in Hillsborough for children who were interested in recreation field hockey, according to The Hillsborough Beacon.
