Hillsborough Schools Launches Survey To Enhance Communication

This initiative aims to gather feedback from all staff, parents, and community members about the district's current communication efforts.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough Township Public Schools launched its School Communication Performance Evaluation (SCOPE) Survey on Monday in an effort to enhance its communication with the community.

This initiative aims to gather feedback from all staff, parents/guardians, and community members regarding the district's current communication efforts.

The anonymous online survey, which takes about 15 minutes to complete, is now live and will remain open until May 12. Participants are encouraged to share their honest and open perspectives on how the district communicates, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

"Effective communication is paramount to the success of our schools and the engagement of our entire community," said Mike Volpe, Superintendent of Hillsborough Township Public Schools. "The SCOPE Survey provides a vital platform for us to listen and learn directly from those we serve. Your feedback will be instrumental in shaping our future communication strategies, ensuring we keep you well-informed and actively involved in the education of our students."

The feedback gathered through the SCOPE Survey will be carefully analyzed to identify key trends and areas where the district can enhance its communication practices. This information will then be used to develop and implement strategies aimed at fostering stronger connections and ensuring clear, consistent, and accessible communication across all stakeholder groups, according to Volpe.
