Hillsborough's 8th Annual Restaurant Week Kicks Off: See 2025 Participants

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough's Annual Restaurant Week is back!

From Tuesday through Sunday, local eateries will offer prix fixe menus, tasting menus, special menu items, complimentary items, or discounts during the 8th Annual Restaurant Week.

The event is hosted by the Hillsborough Business Association (HBA), an offshoot of the Hillsborough Business and Economic Development Office.

"This annual tradition has been growing in popularity over the years and is now one of Hillsborough Township’s highly anticipated and well-received community events," said Mayor John Ciccarelli.

As of Tuesday, there are 42 restaurants participating in Restaurant Week '25, with offerings spanning a variety of cultures.

"Whether you have a hankering for a sandwich, a craving for Thai, a taste for Indian, or a longing for pizza, Restaurant Week features all that and more!" said the Township.

Restaurant Week 2025 promises sweet and savory items appealing to all palates, for both dine-in and take-out. See below or click here to see all participating restaurants.
