New Traditional Indian Dance Studio Coming To Hillsborough

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A new traditional Indian dance studio and an expansion of Pezz Electrical Services, LLC, are coming to the Hillsborough Business Center.

Larken Associates shared the news about the two leases at the Center on Stryker Lane in Hillsborough which include a 6,120-square-foot expansion with Pezz Electrical Services, LLC, and a 1,095-square-foot new lease with Navaranjitha Performing Arts Center.

Pezz Electrical Services, a full-service electrical and HVAC contractor, expanded from 3,750 square feet to 6,120 square feet. The additional space will support warehouse and office functions.

Navaranjitha Performing Arts Center, a traditional Indian dance studio, signed a lease for instructional and rehearsal space.
