Peru Chikann Celebrates Anniversary In Hillsborough

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Perú Chikann, a family-oriented restaurant, celebrated its one-year anniversary in Hillsborough Township with a ribbon cutting.

The Peruvian restaurant opened on May 11, 2024, at 424 Route 206 in Hillsborough.

"After nearly a year of serving the community with authentic Peruvian flavors, they are officially marking this milestone!" wrote Hillsborough Business Association(HBA).

To celebrate the anniversary, a ribbon cutting was held last week with Mayor John Ciccarelli, Committeewoman Samantha Hand, Economic & Business Development Director Zuzana Karas, and members of the Hillsborough Police Department and Hillsborough Business Association.

"Would like to express much gratitude to Mayor Ciccarelli, and his wonderful staff for bringing the official ribbon cutting ceremony to fruition. We are grateful to all of you and also to Officer Botiquin and Sergeant Singh for taking the time to embrace the ceremony and to enjoy the Peruvian cuisine. A special thank you to all our loyal friends and customers who attended as well as those who could not attend. We look forward to seeing all of you back again soon," wrote instagram.com/chikannperu.
