Rising Water, Rain Close Griggstown Causeway In Somerset County
The Millstone River at Griggstown is approaching the minor flooding stage as of Friday afternoon.

MONTGOMERY, NJ — Griggstown Causeway is closed on Friday due to rising waters from the rain, Somerset County Public Safety announced around 2 p.m.
The Millstone River at Griggstown is already at the action stage and approaching the minor flooding stage, according to the National Weather Service.
The river is currently 9.91 feet high just under the 10-foot flooding stage.
