Severe Thunderstorm Watch In Somerset County: See Storm Timing

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — Small hail and gusty winds are possible in Somerset County on Friday, and forecasters have put the county on a watch for severe thunderstorms until Friday evening.

Somerset and 12 other New Jersey counties are under a severe thunderstorm watch until 6 p.m. Friday, said the National Weather Service.

Showers are set to be ushered into the state Friday morning by 11 a.m., with the possibility of thunderstorms to begin after 2 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
